stressin for nothin

stressful? wow let's learn the definition of stress. Stress comes when one is loaded with works and comittments that he or she cannot handle. Stress has many factors, but it depends on the person's point of view towards the stressor. Some people are not disturbed by 'around the corner' due dates, some people do. Some people do not mind being the last person to enter the lecture hall, some people do (wink2...hehe). Being calm can be beneficial but in some cases, it can be real harmful. The same goes for being panic and too alert or obsess with certain things that are sometimes need not attention after all.

Some people get stressed up often because they simply want everything to be perfect or in another word, spick and span. They tend to set goals and if it's not achieved then they will be trying harder to strive and achieve their aims. That is called eustress. Stress which is eased and led to a good and healthy performance. On the other hand, distress is when stress leads a person to be even more stress when the current problem isn't settled and then come the new ones. This is scary cuz once you are at the very high level of stress, you tend to explode and ....

Exploding like a volcano would be improper. You'd make yourself even more unsocialize, where people get scared to get around you. You keep on running from problems that seems to be endless. Afraid of facing your problem every now and then and keep blaming on other people. You're stuck there.

The best way is to get help and share. You don't live alone in this world. Get people to understand you instead of mocking them for not being understanding. Don't get mad for so sudden without people knowing your aims. Cuz by the end of the day, none of you would get anything. Your friend wouldn't understand why you got mad at them for. So, it's like you're forcing your N VII to frown your forhead to show that you're angry at your friend, unfortunately, they hardly know that you're angry at them. You're straining for nothin babe!!!

Communicate, now that's the solution. Communicate here means that you've to listen, understand and be open. The most important thing is to amplify your voice down and as sweet as it can be. Negotiate, give reasons and answers. Be honest. Give and take is all that are needed. So eustress your stress now!!!
