It's her first day of posting as a residence doctor in Hospital Serdang, Malaysia after finally passing from her long draught years as a Co-assistant in Jakarta Indonesia, where she spent whole lot of her youth years finishing her medical degree.

There are so much to learn and so much to observe. You see, the system will be slightly different in Malaysia's hospital compared to Indonesia's Rumah Sakit. She'll have to make use of her time maximumly to learn from the basic once again. Like it or not, she'll have to face all sorts of crazy bitchy attitudes from the senior or veteran doctors. Well, in order to survive, you'll just have to play along and act stupid, I mean that you have to admit that you're stupid instead of acting innocent and know it all. That's just the rule of in and out of it. Just take into account, that one day, you're the one who will be a senior doctor and start to manage fresh residence under you.

Rose came as early as 6 am, even when she is suppose to be reporting herself at 7 am, she just hates to be late. It's in one of her principe, it gets on her nerves if she happens to be late or having to make anyone wait for her. As the sun started to rise, she meets up with lots of candidates and senior doctors and even Co-assistants, starting their day as usual.

Rose with other fresh residence doctors was showed around the hospital rooms, ICUs, ERs and how the system usually works there. She felt kinda excited about everything. She remembers how she use to pass by Serdang Hospital and wave from the road side, now she gets to work inside there as a doctor.



She gets to make new acquaintances theogh out the day. Learning new things and adapting to it. It is rather tiring, but it's feels great to get tired when you do things that you love.

Rose was having few minutes break when a man in a snell coat stops in front of her to talk to a nurse. He has to be a senior, since he seems to be busy with his stethoscope hanging around his neck, rushing towards somewhere. Rose stared at this stranger for a while, half stunned, half admire for this man is quite a good looking person. He has fair skin tone, spectacled with chinese look, he has such a cute face with thick pink lips. He is rather tall, has soft voice with malay tongue. That confuses her for a while. Her break finished and she had to leave for the hospital tour, and that cut her attention on the cute looking doctor.....
